I have dissolved Second Chance wildlife Inc. I have copies of the articles of dissolution and I did not file my tax return as Second chance Wildlife Inc. . If I have to have the secretary of state get this sorted out - So that: Second Chance Wildlife Inc. does not show up on the web. I will! I will also have to make changes myself as well - So that searches do not put it out there either. I have a new business, and I am a sole proprietor I/Dawn L. Brown DBA A Bears Second Chance. I will continue to care for and observe orphaned bear cubs that have been rescued, and I am in the process of marketing my bear photos /products and hope they will sell - the monies will go towards the very bears I care for, and will also help me hopefully prosper so as to run my small business. I have had some glitches with my new website through web.com , and I have had to go in there myself and make correction where they had made typos/mistakes. I hope everything gets resolved and that I can rather simply run my business with NO issues, and /or glitches.
