this place is a horrible establishment for individuals and staff.... ive seen some pretty bad thing in my day but this place regularly skimps staffs checks 100 here 30 there etc..... they have taken substantial money from my 401k plan... there is no code of conduct for workers and the lies and covering up things that they were doing wrong its just endless...... with a large employee base this very often bleeds into the care of the individuals. they have drug addicts working as maintencemen the hr lady faked her own death and the director was just drug out for laundering money..... in a year they bring in at least 500,000 in donations that very from condos in ocean city. new cars from nissan dinner auctions and etc money but most money comes from the state to pay for care of the individuals---- 125,000 was just dontated by the state for jessie house----- if you want your money stolen and not given or used for the clients or you wanta subject family to this id really think hard about the consequences
