Despite what staff here told me, I was kicked out at 11:30 at night when it was 50 degrees outside without any transportation other than a bicycle with zero notice. The only reason was an outstanding balance that was rapidly being paid off every week. The owner declined to answer my calls or emails when I attempted to work out a payment plan, 2 day extension till payday, or an alternative way of payment. I had been there 90 days and paid upwards of $1254 and owed a mere $160. Staff and management showed a complete lack of compassion as no one that's not a threat to other residents or staff should be treated that way and kicked out with no notice that late at night with no alternatives.
